Experience a seamless journey with our simple process. From choosing your perfect design to property assessment, construction, and delivery we make it easy to bring your vision to life.
After selecting the studio that suits your needs, our sales team will conduct a property review.
Once the studio is selected, we assist you to review your proposed property, considering the following:
Placement / Orientation
Soil testing and engineering
Discuss appropriate council requirements for your area
During this part of the process we will help to guide you on your requirements to complete before delivery can take place.
We will enter into a contract to allow us to start the process of building your home. We anticipate approximately 8-12 weeks to build your home from start to finish. Start times will be determined and discussed when the order is placed. Start times will vary based on availability and market demands.
Once construction has been completed and quality control has been signed off with our engineer, we will assist you with delivery.
We have preferred distribution channels that are familiar with our product that we can introduce you to, alternatively you can arrange your own collection from our warehouse.
We recommend a crane is onsite to assist with placement of your studio. This will be your responsibility to arrange, our friendly team will be more than happy to discuss specifics with your chosen operator.
After delivery we recommend local trades to be used to connect to services and complete any additional add ons you wish to do like decks, landscaping etc.
Finance available
Partnering with CCF Mortgage Brokers who service clients Australia wide we can discuss construction loans available in some cases subject to availability and certain criteria.
